The Herndon Festival ramps up the FUN for kids! Families can enjoy a variety of FREE arts and entertainment activities.

Children's Hands-On Art Area

The Herndon Festival is once again grateful for Arts Herndon’s support as they produce the Children’s Hands-On Art program, a FREE family-friendly event open to children of all ages on Sat. May 30, 10am-5pm and Sun., May 31, 11am-4pm. This year the Children's Hands-On Art Area will be held under the overhang at the rear entrance to Building 200.

A Community Art Project will also be a focal point with children coming together to create a larger piece of art for the benefit of sharing the hope and beauty of art. So come on by Children’s Hands-On Arts Area.

A variety of roaming entertainers are on hand to interact with Festival goers and best of all make you giggle.

Girl and Boy Scout troops are especially welcome to volunteer and service patches will be provided. Click here for information on volunteering.
