This event provides the opportunity for excellent exposure to potential customers. While meant to be a hometown Herndon event, attendees come from all over Northern Virginia and Washington metropolitan area. Join in the celebration and make the Herndon Festival part of your summer tradition. The Herndon Festival has many opportunities for vendors, exhibitors, and sponsors. Arts & Crafts Vendors

Forms will be available around February 15th.

All items must be handcrafted by the vendor. Craft booths are open Friday, Saturday and Sunday of Festival weekend. Booth spaces are 10’ x 10’. Vendors provide their own tent, tables, chairs, and display.

Early bird pricing is $305 and regular pricing is $325. Fee is for all three days.

Business Expo

Forms will be available around February 15th.

Business Expo is an opportunity for businesses to build awareness and promote their companies. No sales permitted. Business Expo is open Saturday and Sunday. Booth spaces are 10’ x 10’ and include tent, a table and two chairs.

Fees vary by day or weekend, with a discount for Town of Herndon businesses. There is a discount for early bird registration. Range of fees

Food Vendors

Applications will be available around February 15th.

Food booth spaces are limited and not all vendors or menu items may be selected. Food vendors operate all four days of the Festival. A limited number of food trucks will be permitted on Saturday and Sunday.

Flat fee for the event are

                15’ x 15’ space  $1,650

                15’ x 20’ space  $1,825

                Food truck (2 days)         $1,000
